One of the most universally-used Flight Indicators in aircraft
of all branches of the U.S. Military, the Sperry Type A-1 / H-5 Non-
Tumbling Gyro was found in various models of the B-26 Invader,
B-36 Peacemaker, the B-52 Stratofortress, F-84 Thunderjet,
F9F Panther, as well as many other bombers & fighters spanning
the Korean War, the Cold War and Vietnam.
Available here in ONE LOT are five dozen nice examples of the
Sperry Gyro in excellent looking, used condition.
Measuring approx. 7-1/2" long, their 2-3/4" crystals are intact,
adjustment knobs function and spheres float freely.
Dates range from the mid-50's to the early 70's and
each Indicator weighs approx. 2.5 lbs.
